What are the delivery methods and charges for UK, Europe and Rest of World (ROW)?

Verkline UK uses a variety of shipping services to give the best combination of value, service and speed to our customers. This will vary on location, value of the time and size to name a few.

Verkline UK may drop-ship directly from the manufacturer to the customer if the product is a non-stock item and this provides the best value and service. If this is the case, the delivery method may be different.

Shipping is calculated automatically at the checkout depending on your location and products ordered. On occasion, the shipping price may be incorrect due to your location or the product being oversize in dimension or weight. We will not know until we process your order if this is the case, we will contact you if this is the case and provide you with the option of cancelling or payment of the difference.

Due to the value of the products sold we only deliver to the verified address of any payment method OR any address if paid for by bank transfer. Thanks to scammers, we simply do not take the risk and any order which does not have a verified address will be cancelled.

Any customer with an order which has been damaged in transit must notify Verkline UK immediately and within 14 calendar days of shipping. If this is not done, the shipping insurance cannot be used.

United Kingdom Mainland

Within the United Kingdom Mainland, we use DPD Local. This service is a next working day service. For orders which are in-stock and make the 2PM same-day shipping cut-off, they will be delivered the following working day. A working day is Monday - Friday only.

Tracking is automatically sent to your email address or mobile address or both once the order has been processed for shipping. You will then typically receive a 1-hour delivery window on the day.

United Kingdom Non-Mainland 

Within the United Kingdom Non-Mainland, we use DPD Local. This service is a next working day or 2 working day service. For orders which are in-stock and make the 2PM same-day shipping cut-off, they will be delivered the following working day or the second working day. A working day is Monday - Friday only. 

Europe 

For Europe, we use DPD Local. Your delivery location will determine the transit time. Orders in-stock and placed before 2PM will ship the same working day. A working day is Monday - Friday only.

For ROW and oversize items, we use DHL Express. Your delivery location will determine the transit time. Orders in-stock and placed before 2 PM will ship the same working day. A working day is Monday - Friday only.
